For general all round composts we have our own brand multi purpose and ericaceous compost which offer excellent quality and value. Also available is the popular J Arthur Bowers multi purpose compost with added John Innes Compost, Moisture Control Compost, Tub & basket Compost, and Ericaceous Compost.

We have speciality composts from Levingtons for Citrus plants and orchid lovers.


John Innes

We provide a wide range of J Arthur Bowers traditional loam based composts, including Seed for seed sowing and root cutting, No 1 for pricking out young seeds or rooted cuttings, No2 for re-potting established house plants or vegetables into medium pots, No3 for final re-potting of mature plants and shrubs and Ericaceous for lime hating plants.

Soil Improvers

Improve the texture and performance of your soil with our range of own branded products which will all add natural goodness to your soil.

Choose from fine composted bark, organic peat free garden compost (produced from recycled garden waste) or Farmyard manure from our own cows.
